Although Joseph Pilates himself discovered the redemptive and transformative qualities of exercise at a very early age, a lifetime teaching his methods shows than anyone of any age or ability can drastically improve their physical and emotional well being through Pilates.

No matter your Pilates experience or ability level we work on 6 key principles with any exercise performed: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.

Pilates helps strengthen your core, improves your posture and promotes better balance. By doing this it aids the reduction of back pain/ or other postural related issues. I focus on ensuring your alignment is correct, so it’s not about how bendy you can be but how well you personally can perform the exercise at hand - working to your own range of movement.
